As a part of our sustainability vision, we also recognise the importance of responsible sourcing. We are delighted to have our own internal sustainable procurement guidelines to offer our hotels a consistent framework. Our guest rooms are equipped with in-shower dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to replace single-use plastic amenity items. We are also proud to offer FSC-certified kraft paper packaging and bamboo toothbrushes as our commitment to reducing the use of single-use plastics at our hotels.

Say goodbye to traditional printed compendiums and welcome our new, biodegradable wooden cube. With just a simple QR code scan, you can access all the essential hotel information you need, including the room service menu, TV channels list, and more. This solution not only provides convenience at your fingertips but also aligns with our commitment to reducing paper consumption and environmental protection. Our Checkin’s have gone paperless as well by introducing robots in our lobby to allow a seamless and clutter free experience.

Our industry relies on the uniqueness of our city, therefore we are continuously looking for local businesses and communities to work with for guest enjoyment and delightful experiences. We also continue to uplift our communities through encouraging local hiring and offering scholarship programs to ensure equal opportunity. Through times of need, d. Collection Hotels has also provided shelter and supplies to our local community.

In June 2023, Our group established our Sustainability Policy to govern and guide our hotel’s actions and goals with the environment, community, and stakeholders in mind. The policy aims to ensure compliance with local regulations in jurisdictions where we operate and to ensure meaningful partnerships and collaborations for our guests and communities.
