Our Check-in Time is from 15:00 and the Check-out Time is 11:00 

Guests must be aged over 18 with photo identification to check-in.  Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of their stay.

The hotel is 100% Smoke-Free. Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, lobbies, and common areas. The hotel will charge an additional fee of HK$1,000 for cleaning where the ban is disregarded in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition. A Designated Smoking Area is provided at BreeZe Lounge (outdoor area) and please contact our Guest Services Team for the location of our Designated Smoking Area. 

A rollaway bed is only available for the Deluxe Room. However, you can request an extra bed charged at HK$500 per room per night before the service charge. Kindly note that the price is subject to change without prior notice.

Connecting Rooms are only applicable to city view room or harbour view room.  Please contact us for details.  

Check-in prior to the standard check-in time is not guaranteed.  An extra one night room charges will be charged for guaranteed check-in before 15:00.

We provide laundry, dry cleaning and pressing services for our guests.  Laundry received before 10:00 will be returned on the same day at 20:00
